1. When I visit Parr Builders homes, should I register
my clients?
A completed REALTOR Buyer Registration Form must be
presented to a TradeMark Properties, Inc. Representative on
the Buyer's first visit to Parr Builders homes. Prior registration
of the Buyer by a TradeMark Properties, Inc. Representative
at this Community voids the payment of any commission to an outside agent.
2. How long does my Buyer's registration last?
The registration is protected and a fee will be paid to your
broker, provided the Buyer(s) enter into a Purchase and Sale agreement within 45 days of the first visit. The time period
may be extended by re-registering the Buyer prior to the
expiration date.
3. Do I need to be present for the preparation of the
Purchase and Sale Agreement?
Yes.
4. Do I need to go to the color selection appointment
and do I attend the walk throughs?
Only if your buyer requests that you attend. We will be
happy to help your clients through this process.
5. Do I need to attend settlement?
You don't need to attend. Your commission check will be
issued at settlement so if you want the commission that
day, you should attend. Otherwise, arrangements can be
made to have it sent to the broker.
6. Do we get paid on the total sales price?
TradeMark Properties, Inc. will pay a percentage on the
base house price only unless otherwise stated on that
particular deal. Please check with TradeMark Properties,
Inc. for more detailed information. |
