Our standard features are to assist you in selecting your builder.  As a custom builder we offer any finish or style that you desire.  If you can not find a plan that fills your needs we can provide one through our design-build program. 

The most important standard feature we offer with your Parr built home is daily supervision and inspection by Jack, Jack or Randy to insure unsurpassed quality of construction.
